Preparation:
Place the oats in a bowl and pour the hot coffee over them. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes or so. Cream the butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir the coffee-oats mixture into the butter-sugar-eggs mixture. Add flour, baking soda, and cocoa. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350.
