Mrs Smith's Pound Cake

Ingredients:

2 sticks butter or margarine
1/2 cup shortening
3 cups sugar
5 large eggs
3 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons butter flavoring
1 cup coconut
 

Preparation:

Mix butter, shortening, and sugar. Add eggs. Mix dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Pour into greased and floured pan, and bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
