Preparation:
Beat all ingredients in electric mixer for 4 minutes (on Blend). Pour into
a
9x13x2 sheet cake pan (aluminum seems to work better than glass) and bake at
350 F for 35 minutes.
Frosting:
Beat sugar and orange juice in mixer for 8 to 10 minutes. Punch many holes
in cake with a large fork and pour frosting mix over top of warm cake. This
makes a moist cake, but if you prefer it a little soggier, add more orange
juice. |
