Preparation:
Bake cake in a 13 X 9-inch pan according to package directions. Let cool. Using the handle end of a wooden spoon, poke holes in cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk over, then poor on ice cream topping. Spread on whipped topping. Crush candy bars ( while still wrapped ), with the back of a table knife then unwrap and sprinkle on top of whipped topping.
