Apple Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup apple -- diced and peeled
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup onion*
1/4 cup celery*
 

Preparation:

*Diced, I guess (Dona) Combine and shape into a loaf and put in an 8 inch square pan. Top with 1 sliced, peeled apple, arranged in a flower design. Mix: 3 tablespoons ketchup 3 tablespoons brown sugar Spread on loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 90 minutes.
