Ingredients:

2 Pounds beef steak or roast -- good quality
1 Cup chopped onions
2 medium carrots sliced thinley
1 Cup beef broth...from base or canned
1/4 Cup red wine
1 Cup bulgur
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation:

Layor vegetables in crock pot: trim beef off all visible fat and cut n strips about 3/4 inch thick and add to the pot. Pour broth and wine over all and cook on low 68 hours. Add bulgur and cook on hight until bulgur is tender, adding a little more broth or water if necessary.....
