Preparation:
Combine wine, oil, onion, parsley, salt, basil and pepper In large bowl. Add beef; cover and marinate in refrigerator over- night. Drain and reserve marinade. Place beef with vegetables alternating on 4 long skewers. Broil in preheated broiler or over glowing coals for 5 minutes on each side. Brush frequently with reserved marinade. Serve over rice or with potatoes. Makes 4 servings. |
