Preparation:
1. Process 125g piece of tofu in food processor until smooth. Grate remaining tofu. combine all tofu with remaing ingredients. add more bread crumbs if needed to make the mixture firm enough to shape.
2. Form mixture into pappties Place in lightly oiled skillet and brown on both sides. Serve burgers with hore radish mayonnaise. Makes 10 to 12 medium-sized servings.
