Preparation:
In skillet, cook and stir ground beef until brown. Remove crusts from bread and cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Blend eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in cheese, parsley, meat and bread cubes. ( I froze at this stage)
Pour into ungreased baking dish. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until center is set. To serve, cut into squares. |
