Ingredients:

A-1 Steak Sauce |

tablespoon |
dry sherry or water |
1 1/2 |

beef top round steak -- 3/4 inch thick |

Preparation:
Cook and stir peppers in oil in skillet over medium-high heat until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Stir in steak sauce and sherry or water; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes. Keep warm.
Grill or broil steak for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Slice steak and serve with warm pepper sauce. |
