Preparation:
In mixer bowl, combine flour, cheese, pepper and butter. Gradually add water, mixing at low speed of mixer until a dough forms. Knead on floured surface 12 times. Roll out dough, half at a time, to 14 x 10 inch rectangles. Cut each into 4 (7 x 5 inch) rectangles. Place slice of corned beef on each and sprinkle with onions. Roll up jelly roll fashion and seal edge. Place seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Brush with milk. Bake at 4500 for 10 to 12 minutes. Slice and serve hot or cold. |
