Preparation:
1. Brown hamburger really well; add the tomato paste. Stir; simmer for 10
minutes. Add the chili mix; stir and cook (over medium heat) for 1and1/2
hours.
Add seasonings.
2. In bottom of bowl, break Fritos. Pour cooked mixture over Fritos. Top
with sour cream, tomatoes, green peppers, and onions. Then top with the
Longhorn Cheese. |
