Preparation:
1. Put beef tips in heated crock pot or Nesco cooker.
2. Mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and red cooking wine together. Pour over beef tips.
3. Cook in crock pot on low for 10 to 12 hours. If using Nesco cook at 225 degrees 4 to 5 hours. Serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes (this will change nutritional info.).
