Preparation:
Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls;
place meatballs on broiler pan, and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes,
turning after 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and drain meatballs on paper
towels; set aside.
Combine spaghetti sauce, onion, garlic and seasonings in a large Dutch oven.
Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Add meatballs, and cook an
additional 5 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti. |
