Southwestern Beef And Salsa Burritos

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt to taste
1/2 cup canned black beans -- drained
6 tortillas soft wheat or flour tortillas -- (8 - 10 inches)
1 cup mild southwest salsa
1 Cup sour cream
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup sliced avacados
1 Cup shredded lettuce
1 Cup chopped tomatoes
1 pound lean ground beef
 

Preparation:

In a large skillet, cook beef, breaking up with a fork, until all pink is gone. Pour off drippings Stir in chili powder, salsa, beans, salt and Tabasco, if using. Microwave tortillas according to package directions. Spoon the meat into the centers of the tortillas. Top with desired condiments. Fold up bottom third, roll up and eat. Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Makes: 6 Burritos
