Preparation:
Trim excess fat from steak. Cut in 1/8-inch crosswise strips and toss with soy sauce, garlic and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Brown meat quickly in hot oil and butter in large skillet, remove and set aside, mix tomato sauce with pan drippings and bring to a boil. Add zucchini, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Push zucchini to one side of skillet, add corn and sprinkle with sugar. Bring to a boil, cover then simmer 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Make room in center of skillet and add meat just to heat. Season vegetables with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with parslely. |
