Preparation:
*for Welbilt machines, add 1 more Tbsp water to the 1 lb loaf, and 2 more
Tbsp to the 1 1/2 lb loaf; for DAK and Zojirushi machines, add 2 more
Tbsp to the 1 1/2 lb loaf.
Place all ingredients in the bread pan (per you mfg's instructions!!),
select Light Crust setting and press start.
After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and
cool one hour before slicing (yeah, right!!)
