Crockpot Bulgar

Ingredients:

1 Cup bulgar
2 Cup milk ( skim -- soy, rice..whatever)
1/3 Cup maple syrup
1/3 Cup water
2 medium apples -- chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 Cup crushed nuts ( pecans are especially good)
 

Preparation:

Put this on low right before you go to bed and you have delicious hot grains in the morning ! If there are any leftovers, I toss it in the morning's bread dough...makes for a very tasty loaf . Enjo
