1	cup	ripe bananas -- mashed
1 1/2	tablespoons	vegetable oil
3/4	teaspoon	nutmeg
1 1/2	teaspoons	salt
1 1/2	tablespoons	sugar
3	tablespoons	non fat dry milk powder
3	tablespoons	wheat germ
3	cups	bread flour
2	teaspoons	active dry yeast
		---AT SECOND KNEADING ADD---
3/4	cup	rasisin or chpd nuts

Preparation:

Good warm or cool, this mildly sweet bread does well as a coffee cake and as a sandwich bread with cream cheese filling.
