Caesar's Sourdough Bread

Ingredients:

2 1/2	teaspoons	Yeast
2	cups	Bread flour
1	cup	Whole wheat flour
1 1/2	cloves	Garlic -- crushed
1 1/2	tablespoons	Sugar
1/2	tablespoon	Salt
1/4	cup	Parmesan -- grated
3	tablespoons	Olive oil
4	fillets	Anchovies -- chopped
1/2	teaspoon	Lemon peel -- grated
1 1/2	cups	Sourdough starter
1/2	cup	Water -- warm

Preparation:

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot and humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
