Cranberry-Nut Sourdough Bread

Ingredients:

3/4	Cup	Sourdough Starter
1 1/2	Teaspoons	Orange Peel Or -- finely shredded
1 3/8	Teaspoons	Orange Oil
1/4	Cup	Orange Juice Or Water
1	Tablespoon	Vegetable Oil
2	Cups	Bread Flour
1/3	Cup	Dried Cranberries -- snipped
1/3	Cup	Almonds, Toasted -- chopped
2	Teaspoons	Sugar
1	Teaspoon	Salt
1	Teaspoon	Active Dry Yeast
		--Powdered Sugar Glaze---
1/2	Cup	Powdered Sugar
1/2	Teaspoon	Vanilla
2	Tablespoons	Milk

Preparation:

Add the first 10 ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. When bread is cool, drizzle top of loaf with Powdered Sugar Glaze and sprinkle with sliced toasted almonds. Makes a 1 pound loa
