Preparation:
1. Add all ingredients except topping ingredients process on dough cycle.
2. Preheat oven 450°. Remove dough from machine, divide into 8 pieces. On floured surface w/floured rolling pin, roll each piece into an 8x4 inch oval. Cover and let rise 20 minutes or until doubled.
3. Melt butter for topping. Brush top of each naan with butter and sprinkle with seeds. Bake 7-10 min or until golden. Lightly brush the bottom of each naan with water, stack, and over, or eat as soon as they are cool enough to handle. |
