Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two loaf pans and soak raisins in hot water. Beat egg yolks, sugar, banana, orange juice and peel. Add the sifted dry ingredients. Fold in drained raisins. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Pour into the prepared loaf pans and bake for 1 hour. Cool completely before removing from the pans. |
