Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Spray a 9 x 5" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and lite salt into a med size bowl. Stir in oat bran; set aside. In another med size bowl, beat together Egg Beaters, brown sugar, and liquid Butter Buds; add bananas. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture. Beat until just combined. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake in oven for 50 min. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack. |
