Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the eggs, oil, water, and banana. Beat until well blended. Add the walnuts. Pour batter into buttered and floured pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the toothpick test works. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then remove the bread onto a rack. This recipe can be doubled or tripled and can be frozen beautifully. |
