Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, knead until soft.
2. Cover and let sit until doubled.
3. Divide dough into 10 equal pieces, shape and place in bread greased bread pans or shape into rolls. Let rise again.
4. Bake at 400F until cooked. Bread will sound hollow when tapped on the bottom when it is ready. Normally about 30 minutes. |
