Preparation:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside. Combine egg, milk, and water; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Stir in pecans.
Spoon batter into a lightly greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loafpan. Bake at 350 F for 55 to 60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan 10 minutes. |
