Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease and flour a 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Mix pizza crust and american cheese together. Add hot water and mix well. Let rest in warm place, covered for 5 minutes. Knead 4 to 5 times on floured surface. Roll into a 12 x 6 inch rectangle. Brush dough with melted butter, sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon. Roll up as for jelly roll, starting at short end. Press edges to seal. Place in prepared pan. Bake about 20 minutes. Makes one 8 x 4 inch loaf. |
