Preparation:
Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans. Stir just until all ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into a well-greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 minutes, then remove and cool on wire racks. (recipe can be doubled) |
