Ingredients:

frozen snow peas thawed -- cut in halves |

green onions cut diagonally -- (1-inch pieces) |

uncooked chinese egg noodles or -- cooked drained and vermicelli, rinsed |

Preparation:
1. Cut chicken crosswise into 14-inch slices; cut each slice into 1 x 1/4-inch strips. Toss chicken with garlic in small bowl.
2. Heat wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon peanut oil; heat until hot. Add chicken mixture; stir-fry 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Transfer to bowl; toss with soy sauce and sherry.
3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon peanut oil in wok. Add snow peas; stir-fry 2 minutes for fresh or 1 minute for frozen snow peas. Add onions; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add chicken mixture; stir-fry 1 minute.
4. Add noodles to wok; stir-fry 2 minutes or until heated through. Stir in sesame oil; serve immediately. Makes 4 servings |
