grey poupon honey mustard |
4 |
slices |
turkey ham -- 4oz |

egg beaters healthy real egg substitute |
1/2 |
cup |
seasoned dry bread crumbs |

Preparation:
Pound each chicken breast to flatten slightly. Spread each breast with 1 teaspoon mustard; top with a slice of turkey ham and swiss cheese.
Roll up each chicken breast to encase filling; secure with toothpicks.
Dip chicken rolls in egg beaters; roll in bread crumbs to coat. Place in lightly greased baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Cover loosely with foil; bake 15 to 20 minutes more until chicken is done. Garnish as desired. |
