Ingredients:

flour tortillas -- (8 inch) |

Teaspoon |
chili powder |

chopped -- cooked white meat chicken |

small white beans -- (10 1/2 ounce) |

bottle |
salsa |
1 |
cup |
low fat shredded cheddar cheese |

Preparation:
1. preheat oven to 350°. Wrap stack of tortillas in foil and place in
oven to steam 10
minutes.
2. Heat 10 inch skillet over medium high heat. Put in
undrained chicken and (drained) beans , add chili powder and 3
tablespoons salsa. Mash beans a little as you cook. Heat mixture
through and remove from heat.
3. On each tortilla sprinkle some cheese and 1/8 of the meat-bean
mixture and 1 tablespoon
salsa. Wrap up. Place in a baking pan and reheat in oven if desired or
serve immediately. |
