Preparation:
Place butter in a medium size bowl. Microwave at high (1 00%) until melte=

30 to 45 seconds. Stir in flour. Blend in milk Microwave at medium high
(70%) until slightly thickened, 5 to 6 minutes, stirring twice during
cooking time.
Add remaining ingredients, except avocado, mixing well. Microwave at medi=
um
high (70%) until hot and bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve over toast points.
Garnish with avocado.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
