Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut each squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place the squash cut side down in a nonstick baking dish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
Turn the squash cut side up and drizzle with lemon juice. Fill each half with 1/2 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, allspice, and 1/2 tablespoon walnuts. Return to the oven and bake 5 more minutes.
