Black Tie Tomatoes

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Plain Low Fat Yogurt
2 tablespoons Low Cal. Mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
4 small Tomatoes, Halved Crosswise
1 bunch Lettuce Leaves
1 1/4 tablespoons Black Caviar
 

Preparation:

1. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise and onion powder in small bowl. 2. Mix well, cover and chill for at least one hour. 3. Arrange tomato halves on lettuce lined plates and top each with 1 t. yogurt mixture and 1/2 t. caviar.
