Cherry Tomatoes With Rum

Ingredients:

1 pint cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons butter -- melted
3 tablespoons chpd. fresh parsley
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons rum
 

Preparation:

Wash tomatoes; drain on paper towels. Combine butter and tomatoes in 10x6x2 baking dish; stir gently. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spoon rum mixture over tomatoes; bake at 300F for 15-20 min. Serve warm.
