tomato -- in 6 slices |

Preparation:
In a bowl combine lemon juice, water and spices to make the Citronette
Dressing. Set aside.
Arrange 3 tomato slices on each plate and sprinkle with the green onions.
Pour on the Citronette
Dressing and serve. Lime juice in place of lemon makes for a very
summery taste. |
