Ingredients:

1 Slice bread
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese -- thin sliced or grated
 

Preparation:

Prepare eggs sunny side up. As the eggs are frying, toast bread and spread with mayonnaise. Place eggs on bread. Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Broil until cheese has melted.
