Preparation:
In Soup Pot - Heat butter til hot..add onion..cover and cook for 3 minutes..add celery and carrots..cook 3-4 minutes..add potatoes and flour..cook 1 minute..add chicken stock, marjoram and turkey..cook for 40-45 minutes on low heat..8 minutes before the end of cooking add bell peppers, tobasco sauce and salt and pepper..
