Ingredients:

tomato puree |
| 200 |
grams |
chopped tomatoes or passata |
| 1/2 |

chopped onion(optional) |

tablespoons |
Lemon Juice (as much as desired) |

Preparation:
In a saucepan heat the chopped tomatoes for about a minute or until heated right through. Add puree and onoin and stir in. Add lemon juice and stir in. Keep cooking until hot right through. Serve sprinkled with parmesan or grated cheddar cheese. |
