Preparation:
Melt the butter into a large pot. Slice the onions (white and red) and garlic, roughly chop the coriander, and add all to the pot. Cook on a medium-high heat until the onions are soft. Slice up the red cabbage, add to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes.
