large mushroom caps (discard stems) |

cream cheese, softened |

frozen chopped spinach (thawed, cooked, drained and squeezed) |

butter to saute |

Preparation:
Saute onions until they begin to soften. Set aside. Process (or use mixer to blend) cream cheese, spinach, onion, and savory until smooth. Stuff caps, broil until lightly browned. |
