Ingredients:

3 large eggs
1 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup protein powder
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
 

Preparation:

Whisk ingredients, spray 6" pan with Pam, pour 1/4 cup batter in pan heated to med., and swirl to coat. Cook until top is dry. Remove and cool.
