firm, silken tofu |

vanilla |

sugar |

lemon zest |

tahini |

teaspoon |
almond extract |

teaspoon |

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients in blender until very smooth. Pour into pie crust
of your choice. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cook and serve with a
fruit topping. |
