Preparation:
On a regular size dinner plate, cover plate with a spread of Doritos chips. Grate cheddar cheese till cheese reaches the half way mark of the grater. Toss cheese over chips. Cook refried beans in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until hot. Pour beans over cheese. Grate more cheddar cheese till reaches top of grater. Then, toss cheese over beans. Put a dollop of sour cream over cheese. Cut up 1 tomato in triangle pieces and place on top of nachos. Put as many sliced olives as you like on top. Put in microwave for 1 minute, 45 seconds. |
