Onion Dip

Ingredients:

8 ounces plain lo-cal yogurt
1/2 medium Onions -- finely chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 dash horseradish
1 dash salt and pepper
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly.
