Preparation:
Brown and crumble of sausage. Saut=82 chopped celery and onion in margarine or butter. In a large bowl, combine herb stuffing mix and cornbread stuffing mix, apricots, chopped walnuts, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Mix in sausage and sauted vegetables. Add chicken broth until moist but not wet or runny. Lightly pack stuffing into large baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10-20 minutes until lightly browned.. |
