Preparation:
Combine the first 4 ingredients and line a deep pie pan, reserving 1/4 c.
crumb mixture. Saute' the onions in butter, add milk, and when it is hot,
stir in the remaining seasonings and cheese. Allow to cool a bit before
adding the eggs. Pour the filling into the crust and sprinkle remaining
crumbs on top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set, at 325 F.
