Squash Fritters

Serves: 10 - 12
 

Ingredients:

2 medium summer squash
1 large egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 dash pepper
1/4 cup milk
 

Preparation:

Grate squash, add to beaten egg. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. drop by spoonfuls into hot frying pan.
