Preparation:
Melt oleo in large saucepan, add veggies and spices. Place patties on top, cover, heat over low-med. until patties are thawed enough to smash into hamburger consistency. Stir well. Add tomato paste, stir in, add tomato juice, stir well. Bring to a good simmer, turn heat to low simmer, cook 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti or any cooked pasta (Or mix with 1 lb. cooked rigatoni and put into crockpot and bring to potluck.) |
